Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Muffins

These Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Muffins are made using Pamela's Baking mix. I have been using this mix for many years now.  I never seem to make enough muffins for my family. They gobble them up.

Just use the muffin recipe on the bag with a few changes and you will have a yummy warm tasty muffin in about 30 minutes or less.

  • Instead of sugar I use 1/3 cup of Organic Blue Agave
  • Add 1/4 cup of Peanut Butter
  • Add 1/4 cup + 1 tbs of light sour cream
  • Add 1/3 cup of semi-sweet mini morsels
